With communication being of utmost importance, Dr. Flores and his team are always available to answer your questions and keep you updated with the treatment process. We listen; we want to know all of your concerns about specialized orthodontic care so they can be addressed with your understanding in mind.

Dr. Flores and his team take personal interest in each patient’s needs and concerns about orthodontic care. Our Registered Dental Assistants have special orthodontic training and licensing and have been selectively chosen for their high level of technical excellence and their dedication to staying current with the newest and most effective techniques in orthodontic care.

Meet Our Team:

Josephine - RDA Josie has been and RDA for 20 years and has worked for Dr Flores off and on since 1990, taking a break from orthodontic assisting when her children were born. She has been married for 26 years and has 3 boys ages 13, 10, and 8. In her spare time, she likes to help at her children’s school and at her church as well. She enjoys walking and spending time with family and friends.
Earleen - RDA Earleen is a native Californian who loves to travel, snow ski, go to movies & theater, take walks with her dog, and read the latest novels. She also loves assisting in giving our patients the greatest smile possible. Earleen attended a two year dental assisting program at Palomar College and has worked in orthodontics for over 20 years.
April - RDA April is a registered dental assistant with 14 years of experience, specializing in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. She has been a part of Dr Flores team for 4 years and takes pride in patient care and the best oral health care she can provide her patients. She enjoys being home with her son, baking, painting, decorating and doing crafts.
Cindy - RDA Cindy attended Orange Coast College and has been a register dental assistant for 12 years She has been working for Dr Flores for 2 years. She is married and has a daughter who is the “apple of her eye”. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, gardening and going to the beach.
Tina - Financial Coordinator Tina has worked for Dr Flores for 3 1/2 years, first as the scheduling coordinator and now as the financial coordinator. She has lived in Fallbrook for 18 years and is a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She is married to a great guy and has 3 wonderful children and is now having fun with her two new puppies, a chihuahua and a Yorkshire Terrier. She enjoys reading, going to concerts (she is a big Country Music fan), going to the beach and taking long walks. If you want to know if you should wear your retainers, ask Tina! She is going through orthodontic treatment for the second time!
Christina - Sterilizing Tech Christina has worked part time for Dr Flores for 3 years and attends school as well. She hopes to finish school soon and become an RDA. She has 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Her hobbies include playing soccer with little sister because she want s to be on a team and cooking new recipes for her family.
Lisa - Sterilizing Tech Lisa has lived in Fallbrook for 17 years and has worked on Dr Flores’ team for about 6 years. She is a dental assistant and a certified Surgical assistant . She has four amazing kids ages . In her extremely rare spare time, she enjoys Ebay, riding horses with best friend Sandy and gardening which is her favorite way to relax. She has recently become addicted to working out at the gym.
Lin - Treatment Coordinator Lin has worked for Dr Flores for since 2006 and has been an RDA for 27 years. She is married and has 2 wonderful children ages 19 and 16. Lin enjoys camping, hiking, water & snow skiing, and spending time with friends. Lin’s family also includes two cats and a dog that is a great escape artist. Lin is a big Country Music fan. She recommends that you wear your retainers because she has had to go through orthodontic treatment again as an adult as a result of poor retainer wear!!!.
